During the first 12 paid months. Zag-Rock Design retains ownership of the custom design and development work it creates for a customer's website, except client-owned or third-party materials. The customer may use the website while their subscription is active.
After 12 completed monthly payments. Once the customer has made 12 completed monthly service payments and paid any outstanding applicable charges, the customer becomes eligible to receive ownership of the transferable custom website design and development deliverables created by Zag-Rock Design and may move the website to another hosting provider. The 12 payments need not be consecutive unless separately agreed, but cancellation or nonpayment does not count as a completed paid month. Transfer eligibility does not waive payment obligations already due.
Transfer limits. We will make available transferable deliverables in our possession that we have the right to provide. Proprietary GoHighLevel components, hosted functionality, automations, forms, licensed software, third-party plugins, and other platform-dependent features may not transfer or may require substitutes, separate accounts, or additional licensing. We cannot guarantee that the website will function identically on another platform. Any separately priced migration labor or third-party costs should be disclosed and approved in advance.
Cancellation before 12 paid months. If a customer cancels before making 12 completed monthly payments, ownership of our custom site-design and development work remains with Zag-Rock Design unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation does not transfer ownership automatically.
Client materials and domains. Customers retain their own trademarks, logos, photographs, original content, and other materials provided to us. Domain names are owned or controlled by the domain registrant subject to registration agreements; this policy does not override a customer's existing domain registration rights.
